I really like this quote as it brings people back into reality by telling them that if they want something they have to work for it and not expect it to be given to them by someone else. I feel this relates to how leaders should think as leaders should be the ones who make the environment better. Leaders say the standard goes down but this quote reminds them to be the change and instead of making the standard go down they can make it go up.

This quote is inspirational as it tells me that no matter how successful you are, You should never let your guard down and keep working hard. This applies to leaders as well as once we are given the responsibility of being a leader you should not start to slack as you were given the responsibility for a reason and you should up hold it.

This quote is meaningful to me as it shows that great leaders do not always get the credit. Leaders should be humble and always respect their peers. With those qualities a great leader can be formed. The quote really appeals to me as leaders who are humble but not scared is a leader everyone respects.

This quote is meaningful as it shows how a leader should think. Instead of being a follower and waiting for people to tell you what to do leaders take initiative and make others follow. This is the leader that not everyone is grateful for as it takes a lot of courage to do this.

This is my favorite quote as it shows how leaders should think. Although you may be the best at doing things, if you are not taking initiative and helping others you are not a leader. Being the best at leader also doesn't mean you are the best at doing things. People who are great leaders are those who acknowledge that they are not the best at doing things and are humble enough to ask for help.
