With the task that Rover Andrew has given us, my patrol has come out with a meeting plan with the agenda of letting the sec 1s to 3s to bond through games and also get the sec 1s to learn the basic knots and lashings. Our Minutes https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GqsJkmkNKO9I1e-mNjfnJeogMt-GgA_Y-vl7oaiBOsg/edit On Monday the next week, we were asked to come to the den where we discussed on which meeting was the best. During this meeting, our facilitators and rover Andrew also pointed out on the mistakes the SLC patrols made. Some mistakes that my patrol made was that the agenda did not fit the training as it was not as important as compared to the other patrols as well as it seemed more boring After some discussion, we all agreed on having the agenda Taurus patrol and Scorpio patrol had, which was to teach the juniors the basic knots and lashings. Before the first training I was very stressed as I had heard about previous batch SLCs and was expecting the worse. However on the day itself there was not much I was worried about as it was modules. The training was quite insightful. I learnt things such as what is a PLC and the various roles of members in the PLC.I also learnt methods to make a proper plan  such as OLAM and Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. OLAM O represents objective  Objective of the training must be useful. L represents Location The location of the activity must be safe A represents audience The people who plan should is the audience M represents motivation What will interest the audience. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs -It is a motivational theory in psychology comprising a 5 tier model of human needs. After learning the new techniques the seniors assigned us to plan for the next meeting in our individual patrols.
